THERE IS A WAY small paperweight by paperannie |
First, a great way to bring traffic to your blog is by hosting a giveaway. Handmadeology has just posted a great article with tips on how to host a giveaway on your blog including links to directories that will get your blog noticed!

The article also mentions feedburner, which I had never heard of. Upon googling the word, I discovered that feedburner is an advanced feed management technology that helps bloggers, podcasters, and commercial publishers get more value from the content they create. It provides custom RSS feeds and tools for bloggers. I attached feedburner to my blog last night, and so far, it's pretty self-explanatory, but if you have trouble I found a great tutorial for feedburner in the etsy forums by contrariwise.
In my August 11 post about September merchandising I included etsy's list of hot colors for fall. Now I've got Pantone's Fall 2010 color Guide.
Aren't these colors lovely? I've already starting designing and listing bracelets in these fabulous colors, although I'm not sure people are going to be using the search words "woodbine", "golden glow", and "chocolate truffle". This is a great guide for color reference and popularity, but I'm sticking to Wikipedia's Color Guide when it comes to descriptions for my shop on etsy.
Here are a couple of bracelets I've just listed using these hot colors for fall!
